California Consumer Disclosure
Definitions
The terms “Business Purpose(s)”, “Personal Information”, “Sell” (or “Sale”), “Service Provider(s)” and “Third Parties” have the meanings given in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA).  These term references and disclosures are limited to this section of the Privacy Policy and designated exclusively for California Consumers.
Categories of Personal Information Unique device Identifiers such as Cookies, Mobile Ad IDs (IDFAs for iOS and Android Ad IDs), Timestamps, User Agent Strings, IP addresses and general location data that is no more specific than a postal code, and web addresses (also known as “URLs”) or a mobile application where a user is browsing.
Purposes for collecting Personal Information We use our technologies to create likely connections between device Identifiers across platforms including websites, or mobile applications and TV applications. This data is used by our Clients and Partners for more tailored advertising, marketing, measurement, analytics, and research.
Categories of sources from which Personal Information is collected Websites, mobile applications, advertising services, technology platforms.
Purposes for use of collected Information Evaluate the probability and nature of connections between devices, cluster probabilistic associated devices and Identifiers, understand high level device attributes such as the make, model, country or city the device is being used.
Categories of Personal Information we sell Identifiers and inferences about connections between those Identifiers.
Purposes for selling personal information Providing Client and Partners associations between device Identifiers. This data is used by our Clients and Partners for more tailored advertising, marketing, measurement, analytics, and research.
Categories of Third Parties to whom Personal Information is sold Advertisers, advertising agencies, marketers, technology platforms, market research firms, telecommunications companies.

Access or Delete Your Personal Information
  • Email us at privacy@tapad.com with your cookie ID and/or Mobile Ad ID. 
  • Consumers residing in California may also call our automated voicemail system at (866) 807-6460. Please note that we will need your email address, a completed Certification Form which we will send to you and your Cookie and/or Mobile Ad IDs in order to identify your devices in our systems. For expedited service, we recommend that you submit your request by emailing us at privacy@tapad.com.
